1 /5 Alysann: THIS STORE IS NOT KID FRIENDLY. Absolutely disgusting as they won’t let a 3 year old child use their bathroom…they would rather them poop their pants then let them use the bathroom… even with the door open. Their excuse: safety. My 3 year old will NOT be using needles in their bathroom. There ARE exceptions to every rule. (Example: no dogs in store except service dogs) and in emergency cases as a CHILD needing a BATHROOM and having to go IN HER PANTS is such a case for an exception. This is not Christian behavior. It was absolutely mortifying and dehumanizing. This store is NOT kid friendly which is so upsetting as a mom trying to make ends meet and thrifting should be a place I can take my CHILDREN and not expect this VERY AVOIDABLE SITUATION to happen. It would have taken one minute of your time. On second to think “is this Christian behavior refusing a CHILD to use our bathroom”. It was raining and freezing winds outside and yet I had to wipe down my naked child in the parking lot in front of strangers. This could have been avoided This should have been avoided. This could have been avoided. Not Christian. Not kid friendly. Don’t bother replying to this comment… I am not interested in being told my 3 year old pooping her pants was a safety issue.

1 /5 Brea Van Beek: Very disappointed in this store. NOT family friendly at all. We had a very young child that needed to use the bathroom suddenly. The staff would not let her use the bathroom due to their policies of not letting the public use them (needles, substances). This was a TODDLER. There was also almost no one else in the store. Not only this, they were extremely disrespectful, smirking and acting like this was amusing to them. Management was unhelpful and uncaring. This could have been handled with a lot more respect and care. Not at all the experience one should have in a Christian-based organization. I will not be returning.

1 /5 The Joge: I saw someone wiping their child down in the parking lot in the freezing rain. I asked what was going on and they told me their child wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom. The poor kid was freezing.
