5 /5 Josiah Crowell: Went to the store on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. And we dealt with a lovely lady, I believe her name was Roma. She was extremely helpful and very cheerful and great to deal with. I will totally be coming back here because of her politeness and good attitude. Give this staff member a raise! It’s nice to go to a business that has friendly staff like this. Would highly recommend!

2 /5 Casey Laird: I have mixed feelings about this place. They have been helpful for vapes, but when I went in to grab a lighter, I was not impressed. Everytime I buy a lighter I test it out briefly to assess the flame. As usual I did this. The flame was on small side, so I spent NO MORE than 2.5 seconds assessing it, deciding if it would be suitable. The counter lady got pissy about this because I "wasnt leaving enough fluid for the next guy." I thought it was absolutely ridiculous but I just said "sorry." I did the same thing with the next lighter, but only held it down for a fraction of a second. I didnt want any further ridiculous comments, so I just said "whatever, I guess Ill take this one." Well it turns out that this one was even worse than the first. I just wanted to get out of there and not have to deal with this lady, so now I have an ineffectual lighter. You would think that a head shop would have more variety than one single, cheap option. Ive still got a bad taste in my mouth from that experience. 2.5 seconds? Really, lady? Outrageous! Im not the slightest bit impressed. How much gas could that possibly amount to? Especially since it had a pathetically weak flame that would have consumed negligible butane. I almost want to go in and demand a refund, but I really dont care to interact with that lady.

1 /5 Non Non: Girl with long black curly hair. Literally no greeting, just stood there. When I told them what I wanted they looked at me blankly, checked the drawer and told me they were out of stock. When I asked if they had anything else by that brand she seemed annoyed that I was asking.

5 /5 Michelle Roth: I was in Kelowna from Toronto and visited this store as a solo female. I was welcomed by two friendly and knowledgable staff members that immediately made me comfortable & quickly helped me find what I wanted for reasonable $. I didn’t rush off because the store is beautiful with multiple display cases, spaced out for easy browsing/shopping.The staff told me to take my time and ask any questions, but didn’t bug me with sales tactics. Having been in many dispensaries across Canada and in the US, this is the best store I’ve ever shopped in.

1 /5 Tom Zhao: Absolutely the worst dispensary experience Ive ever had. Me and my buddy bought a blunt and a dab cart from this shop, went to a nearby alley to smoke blunt — only to find out it was completely EMPTY inside. Only a white tag ting inside for moisture purpose. We went back to the store immediately (around 10:25pm) and BOTH cashiers behind the counter told us they couldn’t do a refund or exchange because the “owner” or manager wasn’t there. We ended up buying another of the same blunt, opened it right there in the shop — and guess what? That one actually had product inside. So clearly something went wrong the first time. Whether it was a scam from the employees or a manufacturing issue, I don’t know. But either way, we left our number and were promised a call back in 4 days. It’s been longer now — no call, no follow-up, nothing. This place has terrible refund and return policies, completely unhelpful staff, and clearly no interest in making things right for their customers. If you don’t want to get scammed out of your money (like we did for $12), stay far away. Never coming back, and I strongly advise you don’t either.
