1 /5 Manuella Claire Mostefai: I’ve always enjoyed coming here and finding unique gifts, unfortunately my last two visits were truly disappointing.
I decided to give it another try today because I was looking for something specific, the experience was even worse. When I politely asked the lady for help, she walked up to me and said, “What’s up?” in a tone and manner that completely took me by surprise.
She was not perceptive, not helpful, and her overall attitude was abrupt and rude. Her body language made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite this, I still purchased a few products, but I left the store feeling genuinely upset and compelled to share this experience.
The woman who assisted me was the store manager, Marla. This is now the second time I’ve received poor service from her. I work in the service industry myself, and I visit many local shops—but this has been some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered.
Unfortunately, after today, I will not be returning to this store. I hope this feedback encourages some much-needed reflection and improvement.
