Justin Great food! Tacos and wings were excellent, enjoyed the flat and chicken tenders! Warm and friendly atmosphere with great music!

Vaughn Michaels Had valentines dinner here, I had a whiskey sour, probably the best Ive ever had. The Bartender was a short woman with glasses. I believe our server was Jeremy, professional, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. We Ordered arancinis, toasted ravioli and a Union salad as my date ate a vegetarian diet. Lots of good vegetarian friendly options, not just an afterthought which was definitely nice. Food came out looking great, tasted delicious. Arancinis had the right texture and amount of sauce. Salad was dressed nicely. The maple mustard vinaigrette I could honestly drink. Toasted ravioli was nice and crispy. Always a great date night spot, fair menu prices if youre looking for some great Italian meals.

Spencer MacEachern We enjoyed our lovely V-Day dinner at the CP, a real institution of Kingston if there ever was one! Our server was friendly and lovely and told us a bit of the history of the place too, as a bonus. Will gladly go back again next time were in Kingston!

Syracuse LGBTQ “Admin Kim” We came to Kingston, ON for a concert and booked a trolley ride. We could smell the delicious aroma of this restaurant next door to the pick up spot. When we ended the trolley tour, our guide said the food was great. We had intended to go to a different place but decided to try this out instead. Boy are we glad we did!! The decor is beautiful and cozy. The margaritas were some of the best we’ve ever had. The calamari was so light and refreshing. Nothing like America calamari! The oysters were delicious and we LOVED fresh grated horseradish. We all got the fish and chips and it did not disappoint! We were excited to see it was gluten free. The servers were all pleasant and gave us tips on other places to go tomorrow. They were able to accommodate us despite having a lot of incoming reservations due to the Christmas parade. Highly recommend!

Irina Scherbakova We found Black Dog Tavern by chance while walking around downtown Kingston — and were pleasantly surprised! The interior looks like a little museum: elegant, spotless, and beautifully designed. We were seated almost immediately and even offered complimentary Prosecco — such a nice touch! The food was excellent (especially the French toast), and the service was fast, friendly, and professional. Cozy atmosphere, comfortable noise level — perfect for a relaxed brunch. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
