1 /5 Petra Owusu: I have visited this Church’s Texas Chicken location more than once, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. While the food itself is good, the customer service and overall atmosphere continue to fall well below expectation.
On multiple occasions, I have waited at the counter for close to ten minutes without even being acknowledged. A simple “I will be with you shortly” would make a significant difference. Instead, staff often avoid eye contact and do not greet customers, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
Today, I called ahead because I am aware this location frequently runs behind. When I arrived at the agreed time, my order was still not ready, and there was a very long line. Communication about wait times was unclear, and several customers appeared visibly frustrated.
I also reviewed other feedback before posting this. Some of the higher ratings do not align with what I have consistently experienced at this location. I encourage readers to review comments carefully and consider patterns in the feedback before making a decision. I will not be re-visiting.
