4 /5 Viktoriia: We visited Odd Duck | Wine & Provisions with high expectations considering its strong rating. As someone who has visited around 50% of Michelin Guide–listed restaurants, I would say the menu could use some refinement.
We ordered several appetizers to share, but the portion sizes felt unbalanced: one appetizer was quite small, while the fish dish was almost the size of a main course. Unfortunately, the fish was also extremely oversalted — to the point that it was impossible to eat.
For the main course, I had the duck, which unfortunately was overcooked and dry. However, the ravioli were absolutely delicious — surprisingly so — and truly stood out during the evening.
The dessert was nothing special.
We ordered two cocktails, and I didn’t like one of them, but I really appreciate the waiter for kindly remaking it for me — that was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, the staff were welcoming and friendly, which definitely made the experience more pleasant.
