The Mansion Restaurant & Bar - (Near Kingston, ON)

5 /5 J E: Myself and my fiancé have been going to the mansion for a long time now and weve never had one bad experience. The food and drinks are always amazing and we never wait long at all that includes being there when its packed full or even just a few people. The bartenders and owners are all very polight and we have great conversation anytime were there an they make us feel right at home every time. Place is always clean everythings always wiped down and floors clean. Keep up the great work guys :)

1 /5 Jessica Riddell: I think it’s about time food and safety come to this establishment. Here’s a picture of another cockroach sitting next to our table. I can only imagine what the kitchen infestation is like if these bugs are coming out into the dining area. The service is absolutely sub par, we’ve been sitting here for close to 2hrs now, with, again, SUB PAR service. I had to go up to the bar after being seated for a while to ask for drinks, then another time to order, then another time to ask for condiments and side plates. It took an hour and a half for the food to come out, and the establishment was only 1/4 full…. What happened Mansion? Is it time to close up and move on? Or do your job and hire staff to serve the population that pays for your disgusting roach infested food? Avoid this place at all cost. Spend your money, literally, anywhere else in this town. *edit* Literally just had the worst waitress in the world walk by our table, everything stacked, we’re done, it’s cleaned off to the side and she walked past, like, we don’t need a bill. You could literally dine and dash so easily in this place. Enjoy the free food and drink because no one cares if you’re here or not. #MansionSucks

2 /5 Rai Allen: Visited This place with a group a friend and gave the gluten-free calamari a chance. It was an instant regret after the first bite as It was so fishy and tasted like frozen squid you can get from any groceries store. The size of squid is also underwhelming for $15. The service was slow as we sat there for almost 20 minutes before someone will come to take our Order (without water). The gentlemen who served us was nice enough. I would only come here for drink the next time but definitely never going to order food from their menu again. Other local pubs in town actually serve more decent food and drinks.

3 /5 Jason Van de Sande: A disappointing experience for what was otherwise a great weekend. Some friends booked the place for our 30 year homecoming. Walked in to half the taps empty. The place was understaffed, so the wait for service was ridiculous. There were some issues with the plumbing which likely should have shut the place down. Not the place I remember, thats for sure.

1 /5 Nathan Nagy: Not bad for. Not great. Beautiful patio could use more lighting. But they advertised a special for half chicken dinner when I ordered they said where out of chicken. But they still had the stuffed chicken and everything else chicken at full price. Plus there was no one in there. Either false advertising or they didn’t have chicken to start with. Plus my bill came to 200 dollars. Buyers beware
