5 /5 Linda Baril: The food was absolutely delicious. The server, Jenn makes you feel at home. I appreciated her asking about allergies since I have some. It was an amazing experience so we made sure to go back. We went back 2 days later and had a half Greek salad (the best Ive had in a long time) and I tried their fire n ice desert....OMG! it is so good and perfect size to share with 1 or 2 people. My husband had a burger and he said it was amazing. Next time we are in the area, we will make sure to go again. Best dining experience in a long time. Thanks to all the staff.

5 /5 Simone: Hands down the best Turtle Jack’s in the GTA! We’ve been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays, enjoy nights out with friends, and even for date nights. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the experience is consistently great. They offer a wide variety of food, and some of our favorites are the chicken quesadillas, chicken wings, ribs, chicken on naan, burgers, and steak. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious. A special shoutout to Christina and her amazing staff. They are always friendly, attentive, and truly make you feel welcome every time you visit. In the summer, the outdoor patio is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We highly recommend checking out this location if you’re in the GTA!

5 /5 Andre Felix Hernandez: This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars for the excellent service. Our host was also our waiter and our cook — I believe her name was Christina — and she absolutely killed it. Big props to her for handling everything so well while still providing great service. The food was amazing and did not disappoint at all. Definitely a new go-to spot.

5 /5 Tanesha Hines: My husband, our daughter, and I live nearby, so we often stop in on a Sunday or Monday night for an easy dinner. We usually order the same thing, and the servers know our order by now. I’ve always liked Turtle Jack’s as a franchise, but the team at this location truly makes it feel like we’re having dinner at a friend’s house. Keon, Miriam, Christina—and even one of the guys from the kitchen (lol)—always make sure we’re taken care of. We regularly end up staying longer than planned because the conversations and laughs just keep going. Keon is especially amazing with our toddler; he entertains her so well that we’ve started calling him “Uncle Keon.” She even got over the fact that they ran out of crayons by the time she got there. The drinks are great and our go-to order never disappoints, but the staff and atmosphere here are honestly the main reason we keep coming back. And thanks to Keon, we’re now officially addicted to the Fire & Ice dessert! Thank you all for always making our visits so fun!

1 /5 Alexander Shevchuk: Go somewhere else. We came as a group of 10 people at 9pm, place was EMPTY. No-one there but us pretty much. With that in mind, if you have 7+ people, an 18% tip is mandatory. Thats steep, but if the service is good, fine. Well, it wasn’t. Waited for our food for an hour (again, were the only people there), and I needed to get up and look for a waitress 3 separate times myself to ask for something. Unacceptable. Food was mid. Steak was dry and french fries were extremely over salted. We asked for a replacement of the french fries but were given the same over salted ones again. The place also has no separate entrance, we were seated near the front door. Whenever someone would come out/ go in were blasted with -5 air. Terrible indoor experience. This place doesn’t deserve your money. Ill never go here again.
