4 /5 Johana Fonseca: I consistently enjoy the food, the quality of the ingredients truly shows in every dish. Ive tried the steak frites, the club house ( a personal favorite). Their oysters are fresh and the buffalo chicken sandwich is a must if you like a bit of spice. Usually the service is friendly and allows you to enjoy the meal at your own pace. However during my last visit the experience felt a bit off. It was a busy day, our server seemed quite rushed. He even commented on "my unhappy face" when I was just frustrated by the rush. I hope the team can work on maintaining a more relaxed, guest- focused pace. I still love the food.

If you’re looking for a place that combines great food with a cozy ambiance, TWH Social and Bistro is worth a visit—just be prepared for a premium price tag and long wait times.

5 /5 robert martin: From the moment we arrived at Walper Hotel, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the tone for a great visit. We were actually in town for Oktoberfest but didn’t realize it was scheduled for the following week. Still, the energy of the place was perfect, and we decided to dine at TWH Social, the hotel’s restaurant, after passing by. We had the chance to chat with the sous chef, who was more than happy to recommend a few dishes. Their recommendations definitely did not disappoint! When we returned for dinner, the place was buzzing with energy, but we were still well taken care of. Our server, Krista, was outstanding. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly friendly and bubbly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I had asked for a phone charger, and she went out of her way to find the right one for me, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was top-notch, and I would highly recommend Walper Hotel and TWH Social to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!

4 /5 Sarah Seeds: aturday date night at TWH and all and all it was good. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff. Stayed at the Walper and after checking out the downtown area we decided to stop in for a mid afternoon snack and drinks. We had the avocado bruschetta (sourdough) and OMG it is the best avocado spread I have ever had! It is served in a bowl with sourdough on the side so you can dip or spread to your liking. I highly recommend it! It was so good that when the dinner hour came we decided to return . I ordered the roast chicken and my dinner date ordered the pan seared salmon. The chicken was very moist and very little bone, super good chicken however the potatoes were very hard. The pan seared salmon never came instead we received 2 roast chicken meals. Unfortunately this did not seem to be a big issue to our server Priya. Instead of comping the meal she offered to wait for the correct order to be prepared or have 2 shots on the house. It was date night so waiting for the correct meal would have made mine cold or I would have ate while his was being prepared and that’s not ideal for date night. Due to this server error I would not recommend TWH to anyone nor will I be going back. I will order takeout , specifically the avocado bruschetta in the future (delicious). Unfortunately customer service is lacking across the board these days but with TWH having ties to the Walper we expected more.

5 /5 Rachel Brandon: We had both breakfast and dinner at TWH Social, and every part of the experience was exceptional. From the service to the food, this place goes above and beyond. For dinner, our server CARLE was incredible—attentive, professional, and effortlessly warm. He even made us custom drinks that weren’t on the menu, just to suit our tastes. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. I ordered the short rib, and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever had—tender, rich, and full of flavor. My mom had the burger, and said it was hands-down the best she’s ever eaten: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and better than anything we’ve ordered elsewhere. To top it off, CHEF JOSH AITCHISON came out to speak with us after the meal and surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake and raspberry purée. That personal touch meant the world. Breakfast the next morning was just as lovely. Our server, SURYA, had never made a London Fog before, but she gave it a shot—and it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had. Since they were out of vanilla syrup, she used coconut instead, and it was honestly perfect. TWH Social blends upscale food, warm hospitality, and personal attention in a way that’s incredibly rare. Whether you’re there for a casual morning coffee or a full fine-dining experience, you’ll leave feeling completely taken care of—and already wanting to come back.
