2 /5 ivy Roy: Went here with a large group of about 25 colleagues, and we chose this restaurant because of the good reviews online. However, our experience was completely different and honestly very disappointing — especially considering the quality of food with high prices.
I ordered the Havana Chicken Bowl, and it was a letdown. The chicken was hard to chew and burnt on top, served with mango salsa, white rice, and a drizzle of white sauce, but the entire dish was extremely dry and lacked flavor. Paying $30 for something that tasted unfinished and poorly prepared was frustrating.
Others at our table had similar issues. One colleague ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken piece was so tiny it barely covered the bun. The fries weren’t crispy and tasted like they had been sitting out. Another colleague ordered the almond-crusted chicken, one of their “popular” dishes, but it felt more like bread than chicken — very thin, bland, and absolutely not worth the price.
They really need to improve the quality of the food for the price they charge. At this price point, you can easily get dishes elsewhere that are more flavorful, better portioned, and worth the money.
We went based on the good reviews, but our experience didn’t match them at all. We won’t be visiting again.
