1 /5 Harman Singh: I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at this momo restaurant, and unfortunately, it had very little to do with just the food. From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely terrible and set the tone for the entire visit
First of all, the staff seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. We stood waiting to be seated while several employees noticed us but chose to ignore us. There was no greeting, no smile, not even basic acknowledgment. When someone finally approached us, their attitude was cold and impatient, as if we were disturbing them by simply being there.
The ordering process was equally frustrating. The staff member taking our order appeared annoyed, barely listened, and interrupted multiple times. When we asked simple questions about the menu, they responded rudely specially a lady tagged as Jaspreet.even when we were waiting for our order instead of helping she was yelling on others staff it felt like customer service was the last thing on their priority list The wait time was unreasonable considering the restaurant The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the staff’s unprofessional conduct. They were talking loudly among themselves, laughing, and ignoring customers who needed assistance. Basic hospitality standards were clearly missing I would not recommend this momo restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Good food can sometimes make up for average service, but in this case, both were disappointing. The management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer service, professionalism, and respect. Until then, I will definitely not be returning.
