3 /5 Ariadne Monteiro: Its ok. It has a lot of potential, but not what I expected. Dedicated workers though. We spent around 2 hours there and it was more than enough.
I have a 4 year old boy who loved the dinosaur presentation.
5 /5 Emily Bryksa: There is a great mix of physically engaging activities and mentally engaging activities. Both myself and my child had a lot of fun and Im sure older children would enjoy The Museum as well. We will definitely go back again soon!
4 /5 Derya Aygül Kumtepe: We went to THEMUSEUM for a Halloween party focused on dance activities, and overall it was a fun and energetic experience. The event itself was well-organized and great for dancing. The only downside was the bar area, which was quite narrow and offered a limited selection—mainly a few cocktails and mocktails. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable night, especially if you’re there for the event.
5 /5 Katrina M: Such a great family experience. We took our two little ones (3 years old and 9 months old) and they both had the time of their lives. I really appreciated the unique and well designed soft play area for babies. The busy board wall was perfect for our cruiser. Our older daughter loved all the immersive elements on the third floor, and my husband and I both had tons of fun in the illusion exhibit. There were new experiences everywhere we turned. Both our children were able to experiment and learn through play. The admission price was a little high, but the season’s pass did seem worthwhile. It has a lot of return value as a (better) alternative to a playplace.
4 /5 Yiz: We will definitely be back! Truly a great experience.
Loved the current/ permanent exhibit.
So many interesting things to learn about.
Truly loved their space station , though the young child did not!
Grown up did!
Thoughtful & helpful staff as well . They genuinely seemed like they loved the job!
We went on a weekday, despite a brief school visit. ...
It wasnt overly busy.
We couldve spent hours in the eye pool!
Jaji Paji It was a surprise to see that this garden is a long stretch on the side of a road, with a small service road where you can park, then walk along the garden. Its beautiful with fountains, arches and gazebos. There are a lot of colorful flowers arranged beautifully. I hear this year the garden wasnt as full of blooms as the past but we still thought it was beautiful.
Taekwondo Time Stop allowing vandals to damage the statue! Its an important part of OUR Canadian history. The City of Kitchener needs to stop trying to erase our history and our historical figures! Our history is nothing to be ashamed of. Canada is the world class country it is today because our ancestors made it so. The good far outweighs the bad. Period.
Christopher Leckenby A very enjoyable and educational experience thats perfect for a free afternoon. Friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable guides offer a fascinating window into a period of history that I daresay most people know very little about - even those whove spent decades in southern Ontario. I only regret that it took me this long to visit.
Rommel Trabado Its calm, senic, very close to the down town and lots of space to sit down and relax. Many activities and events take place in the park during summer time. Great place to take a walk, picnic, bring the family, do wedding photos or just ride your bike. Its the natural backdrop of Kitchener. Its worth the visit.
