4 /5 sheldon cohen: First time at this restaurant I definitely would go back. Its very expensive and huge portions and the quality was five star. However, drinks dessert coffee for two people with tax and tip was $240 Canadian. We ordered a lot of food I like to eat. You can see by the pictures. The quality is five star. The only thing that I didnt like was the decor. It was like a chain restaurant decor. Something you get in a strip mall? Oh I forgot. This is a strip mall where the restaurant is located

Every dish we ordered was prepared with obvious care and used incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were authentic and robust, truly capturing the heart of Italian cuisine. the fish dish was a standout!" We put our trust in our server for wine pairings, and we are so glad we did. Their knowledge was impressive, and their recommendations complemented our meal perfectly, elevating each course. The service throughout the evening was attentive, warm, and professional without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere at Bravi is exactly what you want for a memorable dinner—its warm, inviting, and buzzing with a happy energy that makes you feel right at home. And a special mention must go to the desserts! They were the perfect, sweet conclusion to a perfect meal. Ive included a few photos of our dishes, but they hardly do the real thing justice. We cannot wait to return ★★☆☆☆ A Birthday Letdown After Clear Communication Date of Visit: December 14, 2025 Occasion: My daughters birthday dinner We chose Bravi to celebrate my daughters birthday based on a wonderful previous experience. To ensure it was special, I made a reservation for 3 and explicitly wrote in the "special requests" section: "Its my daughters birthday, please make this event unforgettable." The food was generally okay, with the pizza being a standout—truly excellent. However, the core reason for our visit fell completely flat. After our main courses, the waiter simply asked about desserts with no mention of the birthday. Surprised, I had to remind him and hint that he check the booking notes. When my daughters dessert arrived, it had a single sparkler stick on it—nothing more. No acknowledgment, no "happy birthday," and certainly none of the celebratory atmosphere (like the waiter singing we witnessed for another table on our last visit) that was explicitly requested. While the pizza was great, the failure to read and act on a clear, important special request—especially one so central to the occasion—overshadowed the meal. It made what should have been a joyful celebration feel overlooked and impersonal. For a restaurant of Bravis caliber, this was a significant lapse in attention to detail and customer care. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to choose Bravi for a special occasion again.

4 /5 Gabrielle Lim: Bravi continues to impress as a fantastic Italian restaurant on the South Shore, consistently delivering on both food and service. On our recent visit, we enjoyed the calamari, the Margarita alla Romanoff, and the Scaloppine Ortobosco. True to form, the portions were generous, and both the pasta and the veal escalope were, as always, awesome. A major highlight of Bravi is its great terrasse. The service has been awesome every single time weve visited. However, a word of caution: if youre looking for a quieter dining experience, the terrasse is highly recommended. The inside dining room can be really noisy, and this is often amplified by parties held in the side room. Overall, Bravi offers good food and great service, making it a highly recommended spot for Italian cuisine. For those who want to comfortably converse during their meal, definitely aim for a table on the terrasse.

5 /5 Raunak T.: It is a fantastic place for Italian cuisine. Went there with office colleagues and tried a vegetarian pasta (linguine) based on mushrooms, garlic, etc. And I loved it! The service couldve been faster, but maybe there were a lot of people, it was a bit slow. A bit expensive but worth it!
