1 /5 Chantal Landreville: Chose this restaurant due to its proximity to the casino. Great website & attractive menu options. Read reviews & was impressed by videos & pictures of food. We had a 5:45pm reservation. A table of two was seated 10 minutes after us and was served cocktails before anyone came by to greet us/bring water. Got a servers attention, who apologized for server who was in training. Food arrived - fish was dry and lukewarm, not hot. No quality check done after our meal was brought to us. Once we were done eating, we sat with our plates in front of us for 25 minutes. I walked up to the bar to ask an employee for our bill. I was polite, but frustrated. The trainee was lovely but was clearly overwhelmed and not getting support from her trainer. She returned with our bill, which gave us an opportunity to let her know the fish was like saw dust. My mother-in-law noticed a promo card on our table saying that main dishes are buy one, get the second 50% off. Guest check was full price for all three of our main dishes. Signalled to trainee that promo was not applied. She returned with an amended guest check, apologetic. We reassured her that sadly, she was let down by her colleagues. Will not be returning.
