American Eagle Store - (Near Abbotsford, BC)

1 /5 kaylee anne: Came in today for my sisters birthday as she had some gift cards she wanted to use. Experience was good and staff were friendly until we went up to the cashier. After working 8+ years in customer service I have NEVER seen someone act so rude. She was blatantly racist to the people in front. Very rude, condescending, and had a straight up attitude. The way she acted to the people in front of us compared to us left me shaking. I did inform the manager and he was super kind and understanding and said he was going to deal with it. I just am in such shock how someone can act that way it it makes you think it’s to due with the way people look. I’m left wondering how many other people she has treated like that in the past. Other staff and manager were great I just cannot believe this. She was so rude that the people in front of us didn’t even buy half their items because she was too rude to explain to them how the buy one get one 50 percent off sale worked but then went ahead and matched our clothes to the online prices to give us a better deal. I just cannot believe she treated them that way and I hope this is dealt with correctly.

4 /5 James Mendonca: American Eagles is a really good boutique for both adults and teenagers. I used to go there a lot back when it was in the Sevenoaks mall. The customer service there was solid good and I like there selection of jeans.

5 /5 Billy Joe: I saw a hoodie at another American eagle but was in a rush so i didn’t grab it. I decided to come to the Abbotsford American eagle because i thought they’d have the same selection when i got there I realized it wasn’t here. there was a girl named Cory and she went out of her way to call the other store and ask for the item number and helped me order it in and explained everything clearly and politely. If you ever drop by go to Cory she’s the best.

They were very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and I would shop at this store over any other AE because of how amazing they were! Thank you for all your help!

5 /5 SoFleak: Bought a whole new wardrobe here, spent $500, and the customer service was amazing. It started when I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately by the people at the register and even by a few more workers in the store. I was checking out some jeans, and one of the guys in the fitting room helped me understand all of AEs style of jeans so I could find the ones I loved. One I found, my outfit, I took them to the fitting room, and there’s a little button in the room to ask for service to find a different size or something, and someone was always there immediately. I found that my experience wouldnt have been the same without Gracie. After I tried everything on, I went to the registers, and I am a tier 3 member in the app and wanted to use my discounts. Lucky for me, Julia and I scanned each of my like 20 things and price-adjusted each one. So I saved so much. All in all, this is why I love American Eagle so much, and my visit made it all that much better.
