1 /5 Brayden Fraser: Had my dad buy me two sets of plates from here for Christmas. One being from the warehouse the other one was the floor model(floor model didn’t get the 25% discount for their all decor sale, didn’t get any discount). We got told the warehouse set would arrive three days later and to wait for a phone call. I unpacked the floor model we got to find out 1/4 of the set was missing. No big deal, I’ll pick up the remaining set when the warehouse order comes in. Week and a half go by and still no phone call. I decide to call and get told that my warehouse set no longer exists and won’t be arriving but that they want me to pick up my remaining 1/4 order. When I go in I ask for a return on the warehouse set of plates. They can’t give me a gift card or store credit because it has to go onto the credit card they were purchased on. Again, not the end of the world. They tell me there is a matching set in Langley or Coquitlam if I want to get those with the receipt that I have. I ask if they can ship them to their store as I don’t want to drive out during the holidays and it’s also not my mess up. They tell me that’s now how they work and I’ll have to get them myself. I leave with my receipt. Two days later, they call me telling me I now need to pick up a gift card to make my purchase in Langley. I’m not sure I’ll ever be shopping here again. Between the missing plates, not getting a phone call about my order not existing anymore, the gift card fiasco and now having to drive out to go get the rest of my order, caveat emptor.
