5 /5 Hannah Thiessen: We bought a drum set from Abbotsford store and had some pieces missing. Ken was such a huge help! He was so nice and fixed the problem asap and made an annoying situation surprisingly pleasant. Will definitely be going back for future purchases, felt cared for and satisfied. Thank you again Ken! 4 /5 The king: We are long-time loyal customers of this store and we shop here on a weekly basis. Over the years, we have purchased many major items from this store, including furniture, refrigerators, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and even all of our home lighting. We have always been very satisfied with the quality and service. However, today we were surprised to see a dog inside the store, including in the food section. We are not aware of the store’s policy regarding pets, but our children have allergies to animals, especially dogs, and this situation caused us concern and discomfort. Please note that the dog appeared to be a regular pet, and the owner was not a person with special needs. Again, we are not aware of the store’s policy, but even if pets are allowed, they should not be permitted in the food section, for hygiene and the safety of all customers. We hope management will take this matter into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

4 /5 Janelle C: One of Big Box Outlets nicer stores. Large space so usually a good selection. As with any store belonging to this chain, it is important to know your prices before shopping here. Some items are a good deal and some are the same price if not more than at Costco. The furniture selection is nice and there can be good clothing deals if you are willing to pick through all the rest of the stuff.
