1 /5 Annie Isaak: I was charged $40 for these 4 small bags of treats, the “Omg’s” costed me $17!!! The guy working said it was corrected but there is no possible way! DO NOT COME HERE. This should have only costed me $20 TOTAL. The scale is way off. I went back in and the manager helped me and re weighed everything. The proper total for everything was $9 not $40. The manager was very sweet but make sure you double check before paying as I was charged an extra $31 for no reason.

3 /5 Rupasvi Bali: I usually enjoy shopping at the Abbotsford Bulk Barn location — their dry fruits and overall product selection are great. However, during my visit yesterday (about 15 minutes before closing),we wanted to purchase coconut oil from the bulk bucket. Unfortunately, there was no spatula available in the container. When we asked an employee if one could be provided, we were told all spatulas had already been taken for washing since the store was closing soon. We also spoke with the supervisor, but was informed no exceptions could be made, even when we requested that we drove a long way to purchase the oil. While we understand closing procedures need to be followed, it was disappointing that the product was still available for sale but couldn’t be purchased due to the absence of a serving utensil— especially since there was still time before closing and also, that the store is full of serving spoons. This was weird that we couldn’t buy the product coz they couldn’t get us a serving spoon. If a store is open, customers should be able to complete their purchases. I hope management reviews this policy to prevent situations where customers leave empty-handed for reasons beyond their control. I still like this store and its selection, but this experience was unnecessarily frustrating.

5 /5 Shy Shy: Walked by the Bulk Barn so many times and never gave it a thought. Today decided to go in and look around and all I can say is WOW! Everything you need to make any food and so many sweets and snacks for cheap! Fresh ground coffee and tea! WOW Will definitely be back! Edit: they also have a lot of dog and cat food!
