1 /5 B D S: Absolutely Unacceptable Service at This Staples Location
If youre planning to drop off an Amazon return at this Staples, prepare to wait at least 30 minutes for what should be a 1-second process. Every time I’ve visited, theres only one employee working the entire service area—handling Amazon returns, passport photos, shipping, copying, and more—while other staff, including the so-called "Copy & Print Manager," wander around behind the counter ignoring the growing line of customers.
On my recent visit Tuesday October 14 2025 there were seven people in line, and no effort was made to assist or speed things up. We were told the store manager (Ravi) is on vacation for 3 weeks, and the assistant manager (Varun) is also unavailable. Meanwhile, the duty manager (Karandeep) seemed to believe that helping with the line by any other employee wasn’t their responsibility as only 2 computers can scan Amazon return...yup one computer is completely free bro as you have one girl working in the area..and snowy indian copy manager walking around behind counter doing nothing except staring at the customers acting busy!!!
What’s even more frustrating is that once we finally spoke up, someone was suddenly sent to help—and the line cleared in under 2 minutes. This shows the problem isn’t lack of staff; it’s a complete lack of initiative and customer service.
To the other customers who stand there silently tolerating this—speak up. We shouldn’t have to beg for basic service. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is shameful for a national retailer like Staples. They make money off handling Amazon returns...so not doing it for free. dont have enoug staff..dont take on this service!!!
