1 /5 Gaganpreet Bassi: I visited this shop with my grandmother because we previously came and purchased a few suits and liked the style so we came back to look at a few more. However, our experience this time was very negative and disrespectful. The older gentleman approached us and I asked him to show me 1 suit. I briefly took a look and did not even unfold it. We just took it out of the packaging to feel the texture of the clothing. We decided we would come back with another family member to show them. As we walk away to look at something else the uncle said to the other lady "Why do people ask to open things if theyre not going to purchase". The fact that they did not even let us leave and decided to say this as we were walking away was very disrespectful. We did not unfold the suit or anything, just took it out of the bag to take a better look. If youre running a shop you should know what good customer service entails. Definitely wont be coming back. If we had the option to return previously purchased items we gladly would.
