My daughters laptop screen cracked at school and the team at SSL Computers ordered and replaced her screen in a very short period of time. The staff was professional, courteous, great at communicating with me, overall so helpful and diligent about getting our laptop fixed in a very quick manner. Ill be back for any of our familys computer needs!

5 /5 Heidi and Mike B: Our laptop would not turn on today. After "many" Google searches and watching several YouTube videos, we decided to take it in to a repair shop. Having never had to use a computer repair place before, we simply called the closest place, which happened to be SSL Computers. I was convinced that it was the A/C adapter that was toast. I called SSL Computers and spoke with Chandan. I explained to her what had happened and everything we had tried and the fact that I thought the A/C adapter was not charging. She was very polite and friendly and ask several questions. She offered to test the adapter for free if we brought it in. We were grateful for her offer and took it in hoping that it was simply the adapter. Unfortunately it was not the adapter. Chandan offered to take a look at it for us and to let us know what was wrong with it for a very reasonable price. She called us the next day to tell us that she had found the issue and made the repair. When we were picking up the laptop we were unsure of what the cost of the repair would be. We were very surprised and pleased when she told us that the repair was very simple and that she was only charging us the diagnostic charge she had quoted us the day before. WOW!! You sure do not see service like this often these days. Thank you VERY MUCH Chandan for all of your help, skill, kindness, and generosity. Heidi and I APPRECIATE it VERY MUCH : ) Take care and keep up the EXCELLENT service!!

They have new inventory that surpasses expectations and they take care of any problems you might have with any type of computer! I presented them with what I thought were complicated issues that they solved with ease! I’m so happy with the results!

1 /5 Chad Swanson: Called in Tuesday, spoke with a man and gave specs of the required power supply and model of PC it needed to fit. Was told part was in stock and could come in anytime, expressed I wouldnt be able to come in until Friday and asked if one could be set aside and was told I didnt need to because they had lots. Came in on Friday and the girl behind the counter said they didnt have them and only had larger ones that didnt fit. Waste of an hour of time taken away from our business and I wouldnt have quit looking for another store that did have what I needed. Guess I will just order from ebay instead of supporting a local business.
