1 /5 Gizmo TT: Im not the only one to say this : absolutely "no service"
Wanted to buy a TV today, so decided to visit these guys, after visiting Visions electronics.
In Vision, I was immediately greeted by not one, but two employees, and one immediately came over to see if I needed assistance. Told him I still want to check out other options, and Ill go back when I make my decision.
Ive been to bestbuy in Abbotsford a few times. I may have been acknowledged once, maybe!
Wanting to see what bestbuy has to offer, I decided to give this store the benefit of the doubt, that they may have better service, for being boxing day week. What a mistake.
You walk in, theres no one greeting you, but you see clusters of employees, huddled together and having a conversation, without looking up to acknowledge you.
I waited to see if anyone would bother to walk forward and see if I need any guidance in this purchase, and you guessed it, not a soul.
Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL: Why would you set up all these fancy displays in this bestbuy store, when your product is left on its own to fend for itself, without any representation?
Prices and information is small, dim under the plastic cover, and placed high up, of far away that you can not understand what is what.
In the age of online purchasing from the comfort of your own home, I still try my best to support the local stores whenever possible.
This location is best to close for good if you ask me, since it is evident that the management and the employees do not care.
I can buy on samsung website and save an additional 5% for being a member, but I still want to support the local economy.
Give me one good reason to spend my hard earned money where it is not appreciated!?
