Kachvi Crystals Ltd - Coquitlam

Rating: 4.8 /5
Valentina Buendía I absolutely love the store and the owner is very nice. Ive bought at least half of my crystals there and every time I go I buy more. They have necklaces, bracelets, trees, pendulums and so much more and they are all at a reasonable price. If you live in Coquitlam or are just visiting I highly recommend going there.

Aritzia - Coquitlam

Rating: 3 /5
Josie B I bought a sweater I haven’t even worn yet and it’s already pilling. I also purchased a $200 “cashmere” cardigan that’s pilled after just three wears definitely not worth the price and no way it’s actual cashmere. The in-store experience isn’t much better. When you’re in line for a purchase or return, staff keep pulling people out of the line and walking them up beside the only cashier, leaving everyone standing awkwardly next to each other. Just leave people in the line or jump on cash and actually ring the person through. What you are doing is useless and irritating when you could be actually doing something. The fittings rooms have become a common item on people’s “Kanye betrayal list” and you all know what I mean. No mirrors inside, so you have to keep stepping out to check your outfit while everyone’s standing around. Plus, the curtains barely close. For what they charge, the overall experience is seriously disappointing.

Image Sense - Coquitlam

Rating: 4.3 /5
Govind Kj Had an amazing experience with Image Sense! They did a fantastic job printing my 11x14 photo and framing it perfectly. The print quality came out super sharp with great colors, and the frame looks clean and professional.

Bluenotes - Coquitlam

Rating: 3.9 /5
James Mendonca Great place. Bluenotes are always carrying cool t-shirts and jackets. I bought some clothes from there as I was doing some early Christmas shopping. I saved so much money from their substantial store discounts. The clerk who helped me even offered another discount on what I was purchasing.

Arcteryx Coquitlam Centre - Coquitlam

Rating: 3.8 /5
Rue Malan I just want to preface that I gave this review a five star, because I didn’t want my bad review to negatively affect the other lovely workers I encountered during my visit, however I do want to acknowledge one particular individual who made the experience less than what it should’ve been for me. During the Black Friday event at this store, I interacted with this one worker whose attitude was quite standoffish towards me and she came off as a bit impolite. She wore glasses with a bob and bangs. At first, I tried to brush it off as maybe stress from the event (I also work in retail, so I can understand the pressure of working these type of events), but the more I communicated with her, the more her behaviour persisted and her words were virtually passive aggressive in nature the entire time. She would give my inquiries short and clipped responses and there were times where she made me feel stupid for not knowing the ins and outs of Arc’teryx tech. I do admit that I am a newer customer towards this brand as of the past year, but I was hoping that the answers to my questions would be provided more kindly. At least, just not straight up rude, especially since the jackets aren’t exactly cheap and I would like to know more about what I’m buying without someone being judgemental about my ignorance. Overall, I’m very happy that I was able to find the jacket I wanted for a decent price in time for winter, but my experience with that one woman really dampened my experience and I left feeling a bit disheartened. To be clear, this one interaction is in no way a reflection of the store or the entire staff, but I just wanted to bring to attention how I was treated as a fellow worker in retail. I’ve never encountered that type of treatment before and I expected more coming from a workplace representing such a luxury brand.

RW&CO. - Coquitlam

Rating: 4.1 /5
Shawn Bishop I’ve visited the RW&CO location in Coquitlam Centre several times, and the service has been consistently excellent. I want to mention a recent experience with a staff member named Libby. When I asked for extra details about a few items, she listened, understood what I needed, and provided clear information without hesitation. She helped me find the pieces I was looking for and even offered a few alternatives in the same style. One moment that really stood out was when she directed me toward an available fitting room. Instead of grabbing and pulling me along physically - something that unfortunately happens often in stores - she simply walked ahead and gave a soft tap on the open door so I could follow the sound. It was thoughtful, natural, and showed a level of respect and awareness that made the whole interaction natural. Libby’s approach speaks highly of both her professionalism and the store’s overall customer service. This location continues to be a great place to shop, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.
