5 /5 corx04690: Had a great experience however a customer and their child were incredibly disruptive, child was hitting fixtures and SCREAMING how he needed to leave. Customers were visibly upset and uncomfortable and when a volunteer tried to de-escalate the situation the parent became very defensive and accused staff of being racist and ableist …. Not sure why they said that but the child should have been taken outside or home to calm down. Shame on the parent for blaming an establishment for their behaviour, if your child needs to be calmed down it’s your responsibility. People shouldn’t have to deal with that when they shop and it was VERY scary when the child is going ballistic and hitting racks full of clothes with people all around

5 /5 Carm Disalvo: Love this store. Store is very clean, well organized and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Found Lulu lemon, TNA and many other name brands. They are also having Lulu Lemon Pop Ups Feb 14 and Feb 28.

Although it claims to be affiliated with a fire department and a hospice society, it has demonstrated discriminatory behavior towards individuals with disabilities. Being present in a public space while having special needs should not constitute grounds for being asked to leave. Furthermore, having an employee physically place their hands on me in an aggressive manner as my children and I were departing constitutes a clear act of assault on myself and compromises the safety of my children. Under no circumstances would I recommend this experience or this establishment to anyone, particularly when one aims to support local initiatives and reduce environmental impact through upcycling clothing. Please I implore you USE extreme caution. This establishment is not a safe place for persons with disabilities

5 /5 Heather Hart: I fi d the best gifts here for Christmas! I love that they arent a religious run store and that they support fire fighters and hospice societies. Best little thrift shop around!

1 /5 Anita Woodward: Had Christmas trees in the store on display with the price tags on. I went up to the till to buy it, and the older lady raised her voice in front of everyone, and said not for sale till Monday! then why are they out on the floor? Just lost a sale. I will never come back here. I am 45 years old. I dont need anyone raising their voice at me.
