Fido - (Near Surrey, BC)

1 /5 Gurleen Kaur: Customer service was very poor. I went to the store yesterday to change my plan, but the employee gave me incorrect information. The store was open, yet the door was closed before 15 minutes and he was sitting inside answering my questions without properly assisting me. He explained everything incorrectly, which caused a lot of confusion. Because of this, I had to go to Best Buy to purchase the same plan and received correct information there. Employees should understand that their job is to provide proper customer service, not to misguide customers or avoid their responsibilities. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my five years in Canada. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the poor service I received forced me to share my experience.

1 /5 Balkaran Singh: I had a very disappointing experience with the Fido representative named Johal. He was unprofessional, didn’t listen to my concerns properly, and seemed more interested in rushing me than actually helping. The customer service felt careless and unhelpful, which made the whole situation frustrating. I expected much better support and communication.

3 /5 Tanu Kulaar: I’ve had a few uncomfortable experiences with Simran. She seemed very frustrated , and her tone felt unwelcoming. She was asked to repeat the plan price once and she really had to say I told you already to an elder person like why !! No customer should feel scared of being disrespected. There’s also a bit of language gatekeeping, which makes people nervous and embarrassed to even ask simple questions. Meanwhile I’ve had really good experience with Prabh- professional, patient, and respectful. I really appreciate the helpful service provided.

5 /5 Shasi Chand: Gurpreet was very helpful and explained me every thing about this phone. I know him for almost 5 years and any problems he is there to help me. Very good and nice sales representative. God bless him.
