Hallmark - (Near Abbotsford, BC)

5 /5 Cora Overacker: I went into the Abbotsford location about a week ago. Was looking for a particular item for a wedding. I was greeted warmly by the sales clerk. She let me look around for a few minutes then asked if needed help. I then told her about what I was looking for. Unfortunately the selection wasnt good this time of year. She then went the extra mile & thought of something else. A ornament. It wasnt exactly what I was looking for but she left with me a Wonderful idea!!! Her name is Khrystyna & she is such a warm & thoughtful sales clerk. You are EXTREMELY lucky to have her as part of your team. Its people like her is why I would return to shop here again. It is very hard to find good customer service anymore. She gave me unbelievable service!!! Customer service is not easy...I have been in it. I hope you take the time to acknowledge her & her great service. It means alot to a employee to be appreciated! Thank You Khrystyna for being great!!

1 /5 Jasjit Gill: I just stood at the till to purchase a card and was totally ignored by the two staff members on duty. They were talking away while they knew I was standing to pay. The female employee even looked at us sideways but if order me. I stood there for over 5 minutes being polite to let them finish their conversation, but it was never ending. My child got fussy waiting, but even then there was no acknowledgement that that they would get to me or apologetic for not seeing me. It felt very rude and careless on the employees part. I then proceeded to put the card back on the shelf right in front of them to leave since they were rude. Even then there was no acknowledgement or apology....it was like my son and I were invisible to them. Oh and no acknowledgement when I entered either. Apparently new pricing and setting up the store was more important over customer service. Very disappointed at this rude behavior!

5 /5 Sarah McCormac: Today I went into Hallmark to find a card for a family who had lost a child recently. I had this amazing young woman named Christina. Help me who, had her own recent loss and shared with me. Her compassion and her ability to connect was incredible. I highly recommend getting customer service from her at Hallmark!

The people that work here are absolutely amazing ♡ special shout out to the lovely DAWN!!!! She is such a warm, helpful and caring person. To say Dawn has outstanding service skills is to make very light of how above and beyond she goes to help you and make sure you find exactly what youre looking for with utmost care ♡ thank you Hallmark, for wonderful wonderful everything!
