1 /5 Crash Ca: Staff member tried talking customer out of purchasing an item. What kind of business does that. Let alone, allow it. The manager just sat back without anything and watched. Then, we present the clerk an online valid coupon. She had know idea how to redeem it. Even though it stated how to do so. This business did not lose just our business, but every person we know. Teach your staff better. Poor customer service.

1 /5 Jennifer Mccauley: Sad to give it one star. I drove out of the way and it was quite a ways away too. It was a waste of gas/money and time. It was the last day in my birthday month and I should have gotten $10 for free. I was completely disgusted when she told me that they stopped that in the rewards thing back in March of this year. I will not be going there anymore. Very bad service. I will go to the store that actually opened up in my city too, who gives out birthday gifts. This was Very Very Disappointing.

4 /5 Brayanna Marais-Tutt: Bought the new Japanese Matcha tea pollution clearing masque. As a beauty therapist myself, I really like the product. It is a little stimulating, so I would not recommend it for a sensitive skin client. If you naturally feel tingling or itching on your skin, this product probably isnt for for you.. Great way to keep up with the trends, a lot of people love anything green tea or matcha green tra.

1 /5 TaylorJohnson1020: Was recommended a “most popular” face mask which damaged my skin causing fine lines that havent gone away over a few days. Was told they cant do returns because they are legally filing for bankruptcy protections.(the return for me is less about the money and more about the principle) This store is a scam-shop Im not surprised they are going bankrupt. DONT buy from them. The “manager” wasnt helpful whatsoever on the phone offered no apologies said the owners are overseas and that I could not speak with them whatsoever.
