2 /5 Kira H: I didnt have a good experience here. I was trying to get a larger order in and I ended up feeling like my business wasnt wanted after emails and calls went unanswered, and the prickly attitudes of the staff. At the time I was new to designing and was still navigating all the different formats, so I did have a lot of questions. The quote I was provided was doubled as soon as Id gotten everything ready to submit the order. I ended up not using them and going with a company who had more staff and a dedicated art department as that suited my needs better.

1 /5 Reya Mathews: Extremely extremely extremely terrible customer service, I had called them multiple times and no one had responded then I emailed them to which I had received a response in two days and they asked me to come and drop off the stuff that I needed to get embroidered before the weekend I went twice today nobody is in store. The open sign is still lit up and the lights are on, so it seems like someone should be inside, but no one‘s there. The calls are not being answered the direct line as well as the store telephone line. It’s a waste of my time. It’s very very disrespectful and extremely bad customer service. I don’t think you should ask your customers to come if you’re not gonna be open Or at the very least, you should answer your phone.

1 /5 Tan Dang: All I can say super terrible. - Services (-1/10) dude told me text on WhatsApp’s (never picked up my call) Texting so rude to costumer. - Prices (2/10) I ask to print my name and logo on 2 shirts which $50 each total $100 but when I text them they told me pay extra $12 reason for tax but the deal already made $100 - Result, (-10/10) 1 of the shirt looked crooked, the logo not even, the name not same place I want (which I came to the store and told them and they said they got it) lucky my other shirt look good because my friend came in and help me measure it look better otherwise both shirt look bad. - I told them I want to refund for 1 of the shirt which they said “this is not the reason for a refund” wow. No Refund! - Do not come to this place super terrible!

5 /5 Heidi Arias: I was wonderful working with Josephine, who was very helpful and when out of the way to support us. Our project was completed earlier than expected and it was excellent quality. This was only a small project but Josephines efficient and friendly support would likely have me coming back here for larger business orders in the future. Thank you!

5 /5 Tess Dela Cruz: Highly recommend for all your printing needs. Very, very nice owner and very, very accommodating. He indeed took time and a lot of effort creating what I have requested. I really appreciate his effort especially it’s only a single order and should have been a very expensive one. He didn’t took advantage of my needs and it’s urgency because he acknowledges that doing it, is also a learning process for him. I can’t thank him enough for keeping to his promise of making it on time even on a very short notice. He surely knows how to please a customer. I came to this store because of its good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.
