1 /5 bhullar amarjeet: I paid $285 to get my phone screen replaced, and was told it was a great deal. Later, I found out the screen he installed was actually a lower-quality version. Right after the repair, the touch functionality wasn’t working properly, and just a week later the screen went completely blank.
When we tried to use the so-called 3-month warranty, he kept making excuses and claimed it wasn’t covered. Frustrated, we went to a different repair shop, and they found two screws missing inside the phone, along with confirming that the screen was downgraded. Every other store we checked quoted us around $200 — and that was with a better-quality screen than what we were given.
We asked him to inspect the phone again, but he refused to take responsibility. I deeply regret trusting him with my iPhone 14 Pro Max — he completely ruined it.
