Barbara Martens Came into the Value Village today for an exchange and had a really positive experience. The supervisor completed the exchange at cash, but Alexis (I believe was her name) helped me both on the floor and at the register and made everything feel smooth and easy.
She was polite and patient when answering questions and genuinely helpful while I was looking around, and she took the time to explain the exchange process clearly and seemed happy to do so. I also noticed her checking in with other customers and asking if they needed help, which doesn’t always happen here.
Overall, it was just a noticeably better experience than usual, and I appreciated the effort.
