1 /5 Kris Cu: I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this was a ridiculous wait. I’m a new customer and placed an order on a pair of socks online that showed to be in stock. A week passes with no updates so I call to check in only for the staff to say it’s actually not in stock and it’s an estimated 10 more days before it ships in. I reluctantly said okay I’ll wait even though I think they should’ve notified me on that situation asap. More than a month passes since I placed the online order and it is way past the estimated 10 business days. No email or call update from soccer city so I call again and they said they have to look for the tracking number and they’ll keep me posted..?! Ridiculous that I had to call a dozen times to be updated on a pair of socks and waited this long. Wasted so much time chasing them for updates when it should be the other way around. Cancelled my order for a refund and will not be recommending soccer city to others. One star for the friendly staff on the phone but incredibly poor system and unreliable service.

I have dealt with them on many occasions over the last 3 years for a variety of equipment and team wear clothing orders for both the school I work at, and my youth soccer school. Soccer City met all my needs in terms of customization of specific products, sizes, logos and designs. My orders have been correct and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, they have done a fantastic job at communication via both email and phone throughout the entire process of my orders. I highly recommend Soccer City for all your soccer needs, especially club, team, and school orders.
