5 /5 Rachelle Denison: Ask for Ava, she’s absolutely fantastic. Great music and delicious food. Featured Food: Arancini (App), Wood Oven Margherita Pizza, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Tiramisu and the Flourless Chocolate Cake. Featured Drinks: Cranberry Ginger Whiskey Sour (note: this is SWEET, and I asked for less sweet) and the Good Earth Cab Sauv (local, Niagara, my friend enjoyed it). It’s a cozy place inside the hotel, so call ahead on busy nights and enjoy the atmosphere :).

5 /5 Stacey Fonseca: We hosted our daughter’s Confirmation celebration dinner at Baci Ristorante for 24 people and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Karley, our event coordinator, was fantastic to work with over email and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the night of the event, Chris and Megan were outstanding. Chris went above and beyond—attentive, organized, and genuinely caring, he handled our large group effortlessly. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Thank you to the entire Baci team for helping make such a special family celebration truly memorable. We will definitely be back.

1 /5 Sammy: I was alone and ready to hang out and eat and drink. I let the very green 1st shift bartender know that I was staying in the hotel and that I can drink a lot as I have a high tolerance. 4 pm start. A few drinks in and Lobster Ravioli, it was good. A few drinks and the calamari, it was good. A few drinks and the plan is to get the lamb. It is the most expensive thing on the menu and I have never had it before. I was looking froward to it Guess what? I dont get to eat it as I am told I have to slow down. What? Some 1 drink an hour laughable answer was given to me. That has never happened in my world. I thought I was already being responsible as I only live in St. Catharines and could have just went home instead of getting a room for the night. I also could have left the hotel and ate and drank somewhere else and then returned to the hotel. I should have. You lost a ton of business, got a bad review as well as the hotel stay got worse when I went upstairs to my room. Bad reviews all around. I ordered breakfast in the room as I figured the heard of 12 plus 9 year old girls would be in the restaurant that totally ruined my stay. The food comes and it is not what I ordered. Called 2 times no answer and then a knock at the door. My meal arrives cold, greasy and wilted lettuce. Restaurant calls my room and comps it. Good as I only ate a bit of it. By far the worst stay and experience in a hotel/restaurant.

5 /5 David & Sherry Rienties: Went with a group of 5 to celebrate a special birthday. We went all out and had appetizers mains and desserts. The appetizers were great however the bruschetta was an unusually small portion with only 3 pieces. Our server warned us about the tiny portion. I recommend to management the portion should be increased to at least 4 pieces so 2 or 4 diners can share them. The entrees were all great very tasty and well presented. Maybe just a bit on the small side as far as portion goes . Desserts were amazing and service was very good Thank you Baci!

5 /5 Bobbi Pentland: Our Retired Teachers group celebrated our Annual Holiday Luncheon at BACI and Karley and her team were able to accommodate all of our requests without exception! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch along with amazing service! Thank you to Chris and the other servers for ensuring that our celebration was so successful! We will see you all again in May!
