Janine Maitland Celebrated my daughters birthday tonight! Excellent meal as usual. I enjoyed the clam pasta chef special. Delicious! So good I wish it was on the regular menu. Michael, our server, was great. All round lovely evening.

Connie Reilly Its the "Cheers" of Guelph! Whether youre a regular at Fixed Gear or a newcomer, it is so nice to walk in and be welcomed as an individual, not just another body taking up space. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Now lets talk food: AMAZING! The homemade soups are absolutely incredible!!! The feature pizzas are truly original. The sandwiches and wings are awesome. And seriously folks, if you find something not quite to your liking (we all have different palates), please just speak up kindly and the team will make it right! As for entertainment, Ive only been for Bingo, but theres definitely a positive vibe for trivia, comedy and live music, which Im definitely going to delve into this year! Come on out folks, I hope to see you at Fixed Gear soon!

Scott Clark This was a treat. Loved everything about it and Sarah our server was a gem. The food , people and atmosphere hit all the right notes. Pumpkin loaf to start(outstanding), Manitoulin Trout for the main(Manitoulin is one of the most beautiful places you’ve never visited. Largest freshwater island in the world) apple crumble with peach sorbet (sorbet was incredible)to finish off the evening. Chef…loved everything, but I know you could up your apple crumble game for sure. BTW , great selection of beer.

Dylan Guillemette Might be some of the best ramen Ive ever had. I got The Gryphon and was great! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Will definitely be coming back!

Paige Wilson Ate here for the first time today and it was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere in here was so cozy and sweet. There’s not too many tables in here but they still make it feel very spacious! If you’re looking to come in id suggest making a reservation just incase! We stared with a mimosa and sweet potato wedges which were FRESH and super hot the whole time we had them! Mimosas were obviously delicious as well. I got the Monte Carlo sandwich for my main dish and my partner got the brisket sandwich. Both were VERY filling. The brisket was a little messy but it was worth it! Everyone working here was very nice and personable! Our waitress was also really kind but she wasn’t around for us too much (but I understand because it was full in there). And at the end they gave us a little gift for Valentine’s Day! Super sweet! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back!

Neil Rampersad Fresh and tasty, well thought out. 3 of the 4 of us ordered the Bento, which is a perfect sampler size of how good this place is. I myself had another dish and we shared. It’s actually pretty rare that people put a lot of their heart and soul into the quality of what they do. You can taste every fresh ingredient in these dishes. The perfect amount of everything and if you’ve had great Thai food you’ll appreciate this place. We dined family of four and had a great experience. High quality food appropriate portions and I felt like we really wanted to go back and try more dishes the next day. It was that good. Thanks for caring about what you do, I can taste it in the food.
