5 /5 Laraib siraj: Our Brunch at Constantine was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the food was exceptional. Their French toast was hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was so soft, creamy, and perfectly made. The cheesecake was also outstanding. Everything we tried was well above par, and it truly made our breakfast experience unforgettable.

4 /5 Ania Gozdzik: We had a reservation for a small group from work for a holiday dinner. This was my second time here. The food was good, but portions were small. I would suggest getting a starter, main with a side and dessert. Its a nice place for a work party because of the holiday vibe.

5 /5 Deedee: We had dinner for two adults at Constantine on a Saturday evening, and overall had a really enjoyable experience. We ordered entirely from the happy hour menu and appreciated that happy hour runs until 6 pm, which is later than most places that typically end at 5 pm. The restaurant itself has a modern, clean feel, and even the bathroom was clean, which is always a nice touch. Our server was friendly and polite from the start. From the happy hour menu, we ordered the muhammara pita, fried olives, fritti di zucca, two orders of fried chicken wings, salmon crudo, and the mushroom pizza. The food came out warm and fresh, and we didn’t have to wait too long. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, there honestly wasn’t a single bad dish. The chicken wings were spicy, but still manageable, even for someone like me with a lower spice tolerance. The fried zucchini was light and crispy and paired nicely with the accompanying sauce. The mushroom pizza was delicious, especially with the flavour you get from their wood-fired oven. The pita bread served with the muhammara was soft and flavourful. The fried olives were quite salty and ended up being my least favourite dish, but still well prepared. The salmon crudo was fresh and nicely balanced. Portions were on the smaller side, but sharing all the plates left both of us full, and we shared a tea afterward. The only minor downside was that our server disappeared for a short period, which led to some waiting and needing to flag down another server for assistance. He later apologized and explained he was setting up a large party in another room and had asked another server to help us. It would have been helpful if the assisting server had let us know he was temporarily taking over. Overall, I would definitely recommend Constantine. The regular menu also looks great, and its location near the theatre makes it a convenient dining option. It’s also situated inside what appears to be a cool hotel, adding to the overall experience.

5 /5 David Beckner: Following a workout at the gym, CB and I decided to have dinner at Constantine, located in the boutique Anndore House hotel. The restaurant is tucked away on the main floor, past a cozy bar that fronts Charles Street. Surprisingly, it was not too busy for a Friday night. The décor is refined and chic, beautifully reflecting the Roman-Byzantine history of Constantinople and its namesake. Walls of luminescent Romanesque white glass vases mix with Turkish-influenced patterned terrazzo floors. Dark wood and light stone balance beautifully around a central open kitchen and wood-fired hearth. Modern Turkish art on the walls completes the look—it is truly outstanding. Our server, Robert, was excellent. CB ordered a glass of Sicilian Rosé by Settesoli, while I had a Cause and No Effect zero-proof lager. Not being too hungry, we shared the radicchio Caesar salad and the Calabrese wood-fired pizza. I have to say, I’ve never had such a wonderful interpretation of a Caesar. The crispy, salty fried capers and creamy tahini dressing balanced the slightly bitter radicchio leaves perfectly. The pizza was also quite tasty. For dessert, we shared a dark, rich chocolate lava cake with cherries and vanilla ice cream. A light vanilla pizzelle on top was a wonderful, surprising touch. Summary: Constantine is a gem that feels undiscovered. The décor is the star, weaving history with a modern vibe to set the stage for a clever cross-cultural menu. We will definitely be back.

Seared Atlantic Salmon Eggs Benedict was BOMB, juicy Salmon portions seared to perfection, topped with moderate amount of Hollandaise Sauce on a crispy slice of Bread, with Hashbrown and Salad on the side! Carbonara Pizza was nice and Cheesy, with Bacon bits and an Egg, aside from the Pizza Dough being a bit too burnt, this was lovely!
