Karishma Amin First time visiting and it was a great experience! The food was really good, the service was excellent, and the vibes were just right. We tried the all-you-can-eat option and it was honestly the best deal — you really can’t go wrong. As vegetarians, we were very impressed with the veg menu; everything we tried was amazing. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth — modern, stylish decor, cozy atmosphere, everything is spotless and welcoming. The staff deserves a special mention. Every single person working there is friendly, smiling, helpful, and actually knows what they’re doing. Service feels personal, not robotic — and that’s rare. The food is truly one of the best in Kingston. They care about quality. Ingredients are sourced from best suppliers, and you can taste the difference. I have several food intolerances, and they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. And now… the coffee. Their coffee is exceptional. They invested in one of the most advanced (and expensive) coffee machines on the market, and they use high-quality beans — the result is a smooth and flavorful coffee that’s honestly on a European level. If you’re a coffee lover, this place is a must. No reservations here, and on weekends it gets busy — but the team is organized, takes your name for the waitlist, and you’re usually seated within 20 minutes. I genuinely recommend Northside Café to everyone. It’s a gem — one of the best spots in Kingston for food, coffee, and atmosphere.

Vaughn Michaels Had valentines dinner here, I had a whiskey sour, probably the best Ive ever had. The Bartender was a short woman with glasses. I believe our server was Jeremy, professional, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. We Ordered arancinis, toasted ravioli and a Union salad as my date ate a vegetarian diet. Lots of good vegetarian friendly options, not just an afterthought which was definitely nice. Food came out looking great, tasted delicious. Arancinis had the right texture and amount of sauce. Salad was dressed nicely. The maple mustard vinaigrette I could honestly drink. Toasted ravioli was nice and crispy. Always a great date night spot, fair menu prices if youre looking for some great Italian meals.

Ronald Leaman I ordered the ribs and they were alittle dry but really spicy. Not like heat hot, more like black peper hot! The garlic mash was smooth and the fried mushrooms were terrific! The app we got was garlic Alfredo, lots of cheese really creamy and worth every bite!

Petrina D Went here after work to grab bite.Sat at bar. I got Duke burger and added bacon to burg n bbq sauce to bottom bun. Burg 6oz patty since eat alot protein this was perfect. Ask for garlic parm on fries. Was awesome. Brice was my bartender he got everything right was cool dude and rocked it. I will likely go back at some point.

the5toed sloth I grew up eating here but hadn’t been back in over 10 years (I moved away) and now that I’ve been back I can say the food is still AMAZING. So flavourful and unique. This visit I had the Vegetable Panang and it came with so many fresh and varied vegetables I was impressed. Sizes are great (I forgot to take a picture before starting to devour it). And it’s nice and clean in there.
