5 /5 Hafiz Shariff: Best fish & chips Ive ever had. Seriously not an exaggeration. Flaky fish, not heavy batter. Fries and tartar sauce excellent. Our server was fantastic! Brought us lemon water, checked on us if we were good. We definitely want to return when were in Kingston.

5 /5 Foodie Care: This cozy bar offers a welcoming and warm atmosphere. During our visit, there was only one bartender handling the entire place, but she managed everything seamlessly. Her professionalism stood out—she was friendly, efficient, and made every guest feel well taken care of. The bar has an impressive selection of drinks, and while the food menu is limited, every dish looks tempting. We tried the chicken tenders and fish and chips. The fries were perfect—crispy and golden, just how I like them. The chicken tenders were juicy and flavorful, and the fish was tender, with a light and tasty batter. Overall, this bar is definitely a spot I’d return to, even though I was just visiting. The inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and excellent food and drinks make it a standout place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Kal: The staff at Pilot House always provide phenomenal service, especially the sister power team Kyleah (on the patio) and Zoe (inside behind the bar). Wait times are rare and service is consistently efficient. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming inside and outside - and the music provides a great ambiance. Prices are more than reasonable and the food is always delicious, same with the drink selection.

5 /5 Stephan Leznikov: I had this beautiful, wonderful server out on the patio. Her name was Kylie and couldn’t have asked for someone with a better personality. She recommended me the pilot reuben and I kid you not was the GREATEST sandwich I have ever had. Such a wonderful place and atmosphere will definitely be returning.

5 /5 Bob Willis: Shared a lunch with a good friend inside this Kingston institution and found the atmosphere pleasant, the service good and the fish and chips tasty. I had the single piece Cod and my friend had the single Haddock. With a pint of proper it was more than enough for a filling lunch.
