Romeros Restaurant - (Near Guelph, ON)

4 /5 C P: It was a very family oriented restaurant, the menu had a lot to choose from. The staff+ owner is super friendly and welcoming. The calamari was an excellent choice, very generous portion, the Phyllo pastry with creamed spinach (a menu special for that day) it was tasty but needs a better dipping sauce.I had the hot and spicy (linguine I changed the pasta for penne) tasty but definitely not hot and spicy enough for me, my friend had the grilled chicken breast, the breast was overdone. Angel hair fungi and angel hail fruitti di mare our friends said it was tasty. The house Pinot Grigio I recommend.

5 /5 Anushka Joshi: Discovering this place was such a treat! My coworkers have been here multiple times and didn’t stop praising this little spot down the road so I had to try it myself. I ordered the Hot and Spicy Linguine and it was delicious, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Melissa, our server, was wonderful and made sure I was well looked after as a vegetarian which meant a lot. The highlight for me was the bruschetta, honestly the best I’ve had so far. Usually it’s just tomatoes, but here they even add cheese (and I love cheese), which took it to another level. My friends enjoyed the fish tacos, Caesar salad, and chicken souvlaki, and they were just as impressed. Romero’s really feels like a hidden gem in Guelph. It’s family-owned, the staff are so sweet, and the cozy atmosphere makes it an easy favorite. We went in around 11 am and it filled up quickly, which tells you how much people love it. Prices are fair and very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

5 /5 G & C Thomson: Great lunch experience. Service was fast, friendly and delicious! We were three for lunch - two meals of butternut squash ravioli and one meal of chicken parmigiana with a caesar salad. Food was hot, great portions and very flavourful. Will definitely return.

Did not disappoint Mains included Pasta . Soulaki. Fish . Chicken . Veal . Steak and lobster. Made in the kitchen. Small see-through window if you want to check the cooking out. Good times . Thank you
