4 /5 Griffin Smith: My girlfriend and I ordered the large jerk chicken plate, the sampler plate and a stuffed chicken patty. All in all the food was really good! The oxtail with the sampler was fantastic, the jerk chicken was great, and the portions werent anything to complain about. Again all in all we loved the food but it seems like quite a few items were missing from our order. No coleslaw was given with the jerk chicken plate, and no Mac and cheese or plantain was given with the sampler. In terms of service and atmosphere, it was okay, employees just seemed like they didnt want to be there which hey I get it, maybe youre having an off day but typically if you are not engaged with the customer, things are missed which I think is what happened today. Overall really happy with the food, but maybe a little disappointed with not receiving all the items I paid for. Will come back again nonetheless, as the flavour and value for the food is in the tops especially for the area.

5 /5 L E: This was my first time trying Roywoods, and I ordered their Monday special—the Jerk Chicken Meal with a pop for around $10 plus tax. The portion is reasonable, especially for someone with a smaller appetite. For the price, you really can’t complain. The food quality was clean and decent, which is great for a spot located inside a mall. The male server was very friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. I’m looking forward to trying their other daily specials. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re a light eater and need something quick while on the go.

5 /5 mirette botros: Today was the first time I visited, I had the BBQ chicken sandwich, it was amazing! The chicken was fresh and juicy, and the sauces had the perfect balance of flavor. Everything in the sandwich came together so well, and it was very filling. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and excellent customer service. My order was also ready very quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich with a Coke, and the flavour was amazing—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of authentic Caribbean taste. The service was also excellent. Rico, the owner, was welcoming and friendly, and Bri, the cashier, handled my order with great customer service and a positive attitude. Overall, the food was delicious, the staff were professional, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend Roywoods to anyone craving quality jerk chicken

3 /5 Favour xx: Inconsistent service and portion size. I ordered the jerk chicken plate which is the Monday special, Ill attach pictures so you can judge for yourself. Idk if they were a bit overwhelmed but service was also weird, he walked away before I even tapped my card and left me wondering if I was supposed to grab the receipt or wait for him to come back. He wasnt rushing off to serve another customer - I was the last in line, he walked into the back room without a word and was quite curt overall.
