2 /5 Kateryna Abelentseva: Went for Valentine’s Dinner. Had a 4-course meal and was disappointed with most of the dishes. After being seated dinner took nearly 2 and a half hours to complete, I understand things are busy and will be slower on this day however several couples came after us and were being served significantly faster. The Surf and Turf should not have been called that as I was served one overdone shrimp, the steak was tough, and the vegetables were cold. The positives of the night were the tiramisu and my boyfriend’s duck confit, however, the lemon Sorbet was like ice and completely frozen, not typical of traditional sorbet. Overall, based on our experience this meal was not a positive one between the $300-$400 price range. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back to this restaurant in the future

5 /5 Jalisa Henry: We came to The Springs to have a wedding reception lunch. Dean was so incredibly helpful, reassuring and accommodating throughout the entire process. We were able to leave our decorations overnight and the staff made the most beautiful arrangements! We were also able to play a slideshow and video clips throughout the meal. The food and drinks were absolutely spectacular! When we approached our guests to ask them what they thought, everyone throughly enjoyed the food. We also want to thank the servers for their incredible service. They went over and beyond to make sure all of us were well looked after and had everything we needed. We absolutely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a venue to host any kind of event!

5 /5 Sanaa Bintea: My husband and I come here every year for Valentine’s Day dinner and for our wedding anniversary which is one month after! We truly have a wonderful experience every time. The food is always on point and cooked perfectly. With the price of everything going up, especially food, I appreciate going to a restaurant and knowing I won’t be disappointed when I leave. We will continue to dine here for many years to come :)

5 /5 Audrey Gonzalo: A wholesome experience at The Springs Restaurant with Dean and our server, Anastasia. I made a last minute reservation on Friday evening for 25+ people for a Saturday lunch as our church was in the area for an event: Calvary Chapel Eastern Canada Conference 2025. We weren’t familiar with the area but they were very generous for hosting such a large group early in the morning. We walked in and everything was ready and prepared for our reservation time. Dean and Anastasia’s customer service was excellent, they got us drinks and menus right away, even went around and got to know everyone. The food came as soon as possible, everything was so fresh. The beef, lamb and salmon is local. They were very attentive, clear and organized. The ambiance and the place was so clean & beautiful with a lovely view. Would definitely recommend this place for large group events and even just dates in with your girls or your special someone. Overall such a wonderful experience. Definitely would come back and visit! 5 /5 James: The Springs was absolutely incredible. The food was hands down the most delicious I have ever eaten. The crispy tenderloin croquette with that rich, creamy sauce and deep black garlic flavour was unforgettable, and the fresh salad with burrata was perfectly balanced and full of flavour. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but after the owner explained the quality of the ingredients and the time that goes into preparing the sauces, it made complete sense. You can truly taste the care in every bite. Amazing service, outstanding food, and an experience worth every dollar. I will definitely be back.
