5 /5 Jennifer Webb: Back for our second visit and had Ryan again for our server, he is absolutely amazing and adds to the experience. Ordered off the menu this time and enjoyed our evening just as much. We will definitely be back for Mothers day brunch. We did chef’s table tasting menu with wine and mixology pairing and it was absolutely perfect! Our servers were attentive and so informative. Food was amazing and the pairings were perfect! Will definitely be back to order and try food off the menu.

5 /5 steve thompson: Had a fantastic pre-concert dinner at The Standard on a weekday and it absolutely delivered. I ordered the picanha and my spouse had the paella — both were spot on. The picanha was cooked perfectly with great flavour and tenderness, and the paella was packed with flavour and done just right. No complaints, just really solid execution. Location is a huge bonus — right downtown and literally steps away from TD Coliseum and FirstOntario Centre. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot before a show. Great food, great timing, great experience. We’ll definitely be back.

5 /5 Dorothy Land: No beef or beer. Strange to say the least, but a totally yummy brunch we had. Servers and Staff were top notch and we will be definitely return. Love the decor, high ceilings and cozy seating.

5 /5 Nick P: Last night we went to The Standard for a birthday dinner with 11 of us. We opted to do the Chefs blind tasting menu. The food and service were exceptional. The management were fantastic at helping get this setup for our group. They had no issues accommodating a vegetarian in the group and another with a Scallop allergy. Our server Ryan was knowledgeable and very attentive. His service was made our evening all that more enjoyable. I have been to The Standard now a few times and last night was the best of the bunch.

5 /5 Lauren Boutros: Ohhh wow, what a fun experience! My friend and I did the Chef’s Table as opposed to a regular sitting. It’s so cool being up close and personal with everything ‘behind the scenes’ and we were able to ask questions about what they were preparing. We got the mixology pairing and highly recommend it; we didn’t dislike a single drink! This felt like a less formal but still personal version of a tasting menu and I would suggest if that’s something you want to get into, start with here!
