Bayfront Park - (Near Hamilton, ON)

4 /5 Bruce Daiken: It is a very relaxing park by the water. There is a boat launch ramp, plenty of parking. Its very good spot for taking pictures and for family gatherings. Park area is kept very clean and plenty of spots for fishing.

5 /5 Andrea B: Love this park. There’s so much to see on the waterfront. The tourist trolly passed by us. This is a good option for someone unable to walk the kilometres of paths. I don’t think that e bikes should be permitted on the paths. There’s lots of picnic tables and plenty of room for everyone to distance themselves from each other.

4 /5 Setareh Gharaei: Nice and huge park. You can walk and bike all around the lake. The path is asphalt and wide. One of the places you can see cherry blossom in Hamilton. Free parking lot. One dirty portable toilet.

3 /5 Namita Adur: Absolutely loved the park overall. Beautifully designed, Peaceful. I had to get out two stars as I have big concerns: 1. Entire air was toxic because of the algae in water around corners. I dont know why thats not maintained properly. This place has great potential but I got headache after few mins of exploring. Too much smell of methane. 2. There are no Washrooms in the park or near by so be prepared in advance. Unfortunately spending a lot of time there unless you stay near by is highly unlikely. I wish the management understands the potential and take measures for these two.

2 /5 M: Unfortunately not up-kept cleanliness is a big issue here the views are scenic ideal for sunrise and sunset or recreational activity but there too much geese poop and encampments ruin the environment. Water is also trashed and polluted best to do a quick picnic or walk along the trail. There is a beach area that is closed very run down the diner is too expensive $20 for just fish no chips but the milkshake $6 was a pleasure to enjoy with the lookout shame the city is letting it loose it’s peaceful charm as nature is being ruined
