Gatto Matto - (Near Laval, QC)

5 /5 Cyn D: As usual, I loved the time I spent at Gatto Matto. I enjoyed every bite of every dish we tried, and the pistachio pesto pasta is still top notch! Our waitress Stacy was exceptional: very attentive, kind and smily. The ambiance is great with a in-house DJ, but if I may, some speakers are too loud since they are right next to the tables. Still, I recommend this place!

5 /5 Perpi Loco: I’ve NEVER been this satisfied with a restaurant in my life. Our waitress was above and beyond honestly such a sweetheart . We started with fried calamari as an appetizer 10/10 it was so good. We were scared at first because of the light color. We were pleasantly surprised. We followed with our waitress suggestion which was a shared platter 10000/10. A must try. The meat was seasoned to perfection the sides were so good. I’m definitely going back. We took litchi martinis even they were amazing.

5 /5 Maggie Zhao: We really enjoyed our experience. They were able to accommodate our large group without any issues. Overall, the food was good and well prepared. However, the pizza dough was a bit soggy, which took away from it slightly. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and it was a pleasant dining experience overall.

5 /5 Eyezi: We went to Gatto Matto for my boyfriend’s birthday and overall it was a really great experience. The food was honestly so good, like actually worth the hype. Everything we tried tasted amazing and was well done. The vibe is definitely lively. It does get pretty loud, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking to have long, quiet conversations, but if you enjoy a more energetic atmosphere, it works really well. It kind of feels like a mix between a club and a restaurant, but with genuinely good food. The place itself is super aesthetic, and even the bathrooms are really cute, which just adds to the whole experience. Overall, it’s a really nice spot for celebrations, birthdays, or a fun night out if you want good food and a vibrant atmosphere.

5 /5 Irene Maria: We went to Gato Matto for dinner in a Friday at 5:30 p.m. right before John Legends show. The perfect evening started with the perfect dinner experience. We order: calamari, delicious crispness, well seasoned, octopus season to perfection, fillet mignon cooked medium, once again perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, mushroom ravioli were creamy, pasta cooked at the perfect point. This was an amazing, delightful dinner with every single dish tasting perfect. It was our first time, but not our last for sure ! The only criticism we have is the place is well decorated, but they dressed the female waiters in a very reveling outfit, the clothes dont match in any way the environment, definitely not what I was expecting, maybe they will see that families dinning might feel uncomfortable with their clothing choice for their female staff. The waiter that served us was extremely polite, efficient, pleasant.
