Mike Very nice experience going out with my 10 year old boy for a Saturday night diner. We were greeted with a very friendly and thoughtful hostess. All though there was a problem on my end with my reservation, we were kindly given a table by the hostess in a very timely manner. Our waiter, George, was kind and professional with my son, this was truly appreciated. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered and was hot and delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the flavours were spot on. As a dad, going to diner with my kids is always a very joyful moment for me and having great service with amazing food makes it that more special. Many thanks for this delightful dinning experience.

Mike Mike We visited Shaker in Laval because it offered a children’s menu, but what we didn’t expect was just how fantastic the whole experience would be. Ambience: The restaurant has plenty of seating and an open, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax as a family. Kids’ Meals: Generous portions and delicious flavors! Our kids loved the General Tao, poutine, spaghetti, and juicy burger — each dish was a hit. Adult Meals: I enjoyed the 6oz bavette, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My wife had the beet salad topped with warm fried goat cheese, which was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying.

Whats Up Montreal I had the pleasure of testing out this fried chicken spot, and overall, it was a great experience. The ambience was enhanced by a striking mural that added a lot of character to the space. The menu features a range of comfort foods, and we got to try a little bit of everything. Highlights included the addicting jalapeño bites and mac and cheese, which were delicious. The healthy chicken and rice bowl offered a nice balance for those looking for something lighter, but this place is really known for its crispy fried chicken. Having tried several fried chicken spots in the area recently, I found that while the chicken was crispy, it didn’t quite have the depth of flavour I was hoping for. It was tasty, but it lacked that special kick. I’ll definitely give their Buffalo chicken a try next time, as it might offer that extra zest. Prices were fair, especially with the specials they offer, making it a good option compared to other fried chicken spots nearby. The presentation of the dishes was on point, and I also appreciated their unique selection of drinks, which you don’t often find elsewhere. Verdict: While the chicken could use a bit more flavour and the vibe could use a little extra energy in the design, the overall experience was solid. After a bad experience at Le Bäton Rouge in Montreal (Sainte-Catherine street), we were avoiding this brand. December 27, the one in Carrefour Laval was a pleasant surprise! The room is very large: enough space between tables, you can chat with your meal companions ... Excellent food! Excellent service! Generous portions! Excellent entrees! Delicious salads! Excellent desserts! Excellent wine! A bit pricey but they serve excellent , tender and tasty meat, perfectly cooked based on the customer’s taste. We drank a FABULOUS CANADIAN red wine ‘Jackson Creek’’ from the Okanagan valley, a PERFECT accompaniment for red meat and very little known to the public - a pity!

Tamar T Ive been here twice and I love the food here. The staff is very nice. The beef cheek is so tender, the plate all different is so yummy. The Asian style beef tartare was amazing, one of the best beef tartares ive had and ive very picky when I eat a beef tartare. I would definitely recommend. The oysters were also good. Definitely recommend if you want good food and chill vibes
