5 /5 Aguilar Noah (VLAD): What an incredible dining experience. We started with a phenomenal Rioja that paired perfectly with an array of appetizers we shared as a group. Every bite was a burst of flavor, ranging from fresh, delicate seafood to rich, savory meat combinations. For the main event, I indulged in a beautifully prepared bison, crowned with a generous portion of foie gras, an absolute masterpiece on the plate. The food was so good that we finished the night with a few more bottles of wine and didn’t even miss dessert. The atmosphere struck a rare balance: lively enough to feel the Saturday night energy, yet quiet enough to hold a business conversation without raising your voice. If you visit, you must sit in the back patio, it’s a hidden gem that truly reveals the restaurant’s charm. That said, the indoor space has its own unique beauty and character, making either choice a win. A place that delivers on taste, vibe, and setting. Le Buck is a destination worth seeking out.

5 /5 Liam Killeen: I wish it was possible to give Le Buck even more stars. From start to finish, this was an exceptional dining experience. Our server spent time with us going over the wine list to make sure we had the perfect pairings, and explained the menu in great detail. We ordered family style (steak frites, salads, fresh vegetables, arctic char, cheesecake) and everything blew us away. We had a lovely time on the patio on a perfect summer night, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but this was a world class meal. Id definitely repeat.

5 /5 Michel Marcheterre: This was one of the greatest meals we ever had, the blind menu was amazing (no spoilers, as the menu changes frequently). Our waiter Alex was great and all the staff very friendly. A must!

5 /5 Bman _: Stopped by for dinner on our way from Montreal to Quebec City. My family and I had our best meal here on our recent trip. My wife’s French was a bit rusty but our server was very welcoming and accommodating. He also made an amazing cocktail that was very balanced and delicious (I’ve had my share of overly sweetened cocktails) and he also selected and excellent wine to pair with my fish main course, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place and will be back again when visiting Canada!!

The experience, the service, the amount of research behind each meals, the presentation, the delicacy of the pairings, it is all worth going repeatedly. This is a must in Mauricie!!
