The mango cuts through the richness of the fois gras nicely without overpowering the flavor of duck. tartare has different accompanies on top, mushroom, jerky and fois, these ingredients really bring out the flavor of beef and provide different texture and taste, making each bit different. the main was a little bit diapointing, meat was chewy and flavor is...nothing special, but considering the price point, it is good enough.
