4 /5 Dave Cassin: The food was great . Entres of homemade Parma squares were tasty, and the calamari were perfectly cooked. The red sauce was the best I ever had. The bread was very good with whipped better. The mains were linguini a la gigi. Very tasty sauce. I had the lasagna, many layers , and good cheese, and the sauce was good but missing a little spice or two. Missing a little kick, just a little too bland. The prices were on par with the quality of food and service, a little 375ML of wine was 20$, and drink 10$ + . Entres 15-18$ and mains 20-30, plus taxes and 18%tip it was about 150$ for 2.
We had no reservations, and the lady in the front was a little snarky about it, made us feel like we were lucky to even get a table. I was not happy with her attitude. But the server was on point , great service, and a little funny too. The joint was rocking with birthday groupe. I was a little noisy but it calm down alot after the first group left. Second time there in 12 years and the first time we had the wood fire oven pizza and they were very good. I will not wait so long before going again.
