The gyro pita plate lacked the lettuce and consisted mainly of 4 slices of cucumber and 2 tomatoes; a handful of fries and a spoonful of rice (not very fresh) completed the large white plate that looked starkly empty compared to previous visits. The gyro pita was good, with just a little bit less meat than usual. Taste of gyro was spot on and thankfully that had not changed.

1 /5 Monica: Unfortunately, my first experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. I placed a phone order yesterday at 3:30 p.m. As it was my first time ordering, the receptionist asked for my address. I spelled it out, she repeated it back to me, and everything was confirmed correctly. I was told the food would arrive in about 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called and was told the food was on the way. After one hour, the driver called me asking for my address and informed me he was at a completely different location. He advised me to call the restaurant so they could remake the food and send it with another driver. When I called the restaurant, I explained the situation, was put on hold, and then cold transferred to someone else, forcing me to explain the entire story again. I was told the order would be resent. The food finally arrived after another hour at 5:30 p.m., two hours after ordering. To make matters worse, while the food was okay, I found a hair on the lemon, and there was no verbal apology or compensation whatsoever, not even an apology gesture, a complimentary item, or a small price reduction. Paying $80 for two plates after a two-hour wait is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of organization, communication, quality control, and customer care made this experience frustrating. Sadly, this was not a good first impression.
