You have to come here you have to try a slice even the most basic cheese slice will blow you away. You will have never had a crust like this it is so good. You will want to have more and more and more. Its not cheap pizza by any means youre going to pay anywhere close to 7 to 8 $ a slice. But its worth it, youre getting the best

5 /5 Kaz Jack (HyeProfile): Cool joint that serves authentic roman al taglio pizza. We ordered half a dozen slices at the counter, to go, and the service was friendly and patient. They have a good selection of pizzas with different toppings. The place looks great too. Relatively quiet when we went on a random weeknight.

The owner is from Rome and he knows his stuff - he lets his dough rise for 3 days and the result is perfectly crispy yet somehow not paper-thin crust. Let’s be honest, what sets pizza apart is amazing crust, and you’ll get the best crust you’ve had outside of Italy right here, in Laval, at Taglio di Roma. Period. The owner runs the show, is a hard worker and has built himself a great reputation over 7 years. Go ahead and support this local and prepare to go back for seconds and maybe some desert and an espresso.

5 /5 Meriem KACIMI: It was the first time I try this type of pizza and I do not regret it... I tried many of them and they were all excellent. Although I was curious trying out the one with potatoes but I found it tasteless. For anyone looking for a great pizza, this place is for you.
