1 /5 Nathan Blaker: Gave me a burnt cart and wouldn’t refund it or exchange it for another one. I was told that if I had any problems with it I could return after 7 days. refunds are only for if the hardware is broken or there is some sort of defect. One would assume a burnt cart that came like that out of the packaging would be a defect. If I could I would rate -5 stars.

3 /5 J&N: Buyer beware: does that get your attention? It should. The hours of operation listed on their actual webpage are somewhat confusing, as seen in the pictures. Note the discrepancy between the hours listed on Google and those on their webpage, particularly the 9 am opening time that is not clearly communicated. Upon visiting the location at 9 am, you will find it locked, as indicated by the photo of the hours posted on the door. It is advisable to arrive after 10 am. Buyer beware: taking photos of items can facilitate a smoother transaction. In this instance, a photograph was taken of one of their items, but it was not purchased. However, the same item was later found at another location for $1.96 cheaper, as evidenced by the photographs. The transaction at the second location was seamless, with courteous staff, a clean environment, and clear labeling.
