1 /5 munish saini: Zero customer service and very rude, unprofessional behavior. Staff did not greet customers at all and were busy talking and laughing among themselves, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable. There was no acknowledgment, no eye contact, and no effort to assist. It felt disrespectful and unwelcoming, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Definitely not the level of service expected from a business.
